Open meetings are to allow interested parties the opportunity to make presentations of information and offer comments related to new proposed Local Coverage Determinations (LCDs) and/or the revised portion of a proposed LCD that are in the 45-day open comment period.

Novitas will publish notice of the open meetings including date, time, location, and registration requirements to this website a minimum of two (2) weeks prior to the meeting. The open meeting notice will coincide with the proposed LCDs being published on our website.
