Use this tool to check your credit balance status using just your PTAN and a calendar date.
For ZERO Balance submissions, please allow 2 days before checking status.
For submissions with a credit balance, please allow 10 business days, before checking status.
1. Provider Transaction Access Number (PTAN) - Enter your 6 digit PTAN number.
2. Quarter Date - Key the quarter END date in using MM/DD/YYYY format. Only one year of history is kept.
3. Press "Submit Query"
Each result will tell you:
Which Plan (A or B)
Received Date
Total Credit Balance Amount
Status (Open or Closed).
