Satisfaction surveys - Voluntary opportunities to let us know how you feel about our website and other Novitas departments.
Feedback tab - A colored tab located on the right side of the website. Click the tab and a pop up will appear. It will ask you the type of feedback and give three options:

Was this page helpful? This question is located at the bottom of most documents with yes or no buttons. If you select No there will be a questionnaire to fill out.
Digital experience survey - Share your experience with us. Invitations to participate will randomly display while visiting our website and portal.
Provider Contact Center phone-based surveys - Tell us about your experience after using the IVR and also after speaking with our contact center representatives.
