Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) Reload Request

Provide the information required in the form below to request a reload of your ERA.

Note: This page should only be used by trading partners who are directly submitting through the EDI Gateway and using their own submitter number. If you are receiving your ERAs through a clearinghouse or billing service, please contact your vendor for any ERA reload requests.

ERAs older than 60 days from the current date, cannot be reloaded. For prior dates, please contact the Novitas EDI Help Desk.

Remittance advice information is now available electronically through the Novitasphere Portal. For more information on Novitasphere, including enrollment, please visit our Novitasphere Home page

Login ID

The Login ID was sent to your office via the U.S. Postal Service. If you no longer have access to that information, you will need to contact Novitas Solutions EDI Department and request a copy of the letter that contains your Login ID.
