Hosted by NPEAST on behalf of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the National Provider Enrollment Conference (NPEC) brings together Medicare provider enrollment professionals, CMS leadership, the Provider Enrollment & Oversight Group (PEOG), Medicare Administrative Contractors (MACs), National Provider Enrollment Contractors (NPEs), and the Medicare Provider Enrollment, Chain, and Ownership System (PECOS) contractor for two days of education, collaboration, and engagement.
This two-day, free event provides direct access to the experts responsible for shaping and administering Medicare provider enrollment. Through keynote presentations, panel discussions, interactive Q&A sessions, and expert-led training, attendees will gain valuable insight into enrollment policy, program integrity initiatives, compliance requirements, operationally friendly best practices, as well as upcoming changes impacting the Medicare provider enrollment landscape. We will also explore pain points and challenges and navigate practical solutions.

The 2026 National Provider Enrollment Conference (NPEC) is a two-day, in-person event designed for both new and seasoned enrollment professionals. Registration is required for the event; however, there is no need to register for individual classes. Attendees can attend a live session or visit the contractor booths during designated times.
Registration Process
Participants completing the registration process will not receive automatic approval to attend. An initial pending review notification will be issued to the participant's email.
Participants will receive a decision email within 5 - 10 business days of registration submission via email. No action is required by the participant during this time.
When event capacity is reached, participant's will receive notification they have been waitlisted. We will notify waitlisted participants of their final attendance status within three weeks of the event date.

Reservations: A reservation room block is available at the Gaylord Palm Resort and Convention Center – Marriott.
The room block allows for a limited number of room reservations per day at the reduced rate. Once sold out, room bookings will default to the standard rate established by the Gaylord.
The Gaylord Palm Resort and Convention Center – Marriott applies an additional $45.00 prevailing daily resort fee plus applicable tax to the guest room rate. A discounted parking fee of $40.00 will be assessed for daily self-parking and $55.00 for valet parking plus applicable tax.
Novitas Solutions, Inc. and CMS assume no financial responsibility for costs incurred by participants attending the NPEC. Coordination and cancelation of reservations must be handled directly with the booking venue.

Completion certificates containing CEUs for the event will be made available within 5 – 10 business days after the event. The American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC) accepts CEUs for CMS and Medicare Administrative Contractor (MAC) sponsored events at a rate of one CEU per hour. Other licensing or accrediting organizations may or may not accept CMS/MAC events for CEU credit. Please check with your licensing or accrediting organization for specific CEU eligibility and documentation requirements.
