Provider Outreach Education Advisory Group - Meeting minutes

Provider Outreach and Education Advisory Group (POE-AG) provides input and feedback on training topics, provider/supplier education materials, and dates and locations of provider/supplier education workshops and events. The group also identifies salient provider/supplier/education issues and recommends effective means of information dissemination to all appropriate providers, suppliers, and their staff. The POE-AG is a provider/supplier education consultant resource, and not an approval or sanctioning authority.

The POE-AG includes representatives of various provider/supplier specialties we service including state and local trade and professional associations, practicing providers/suppliers or staff members, and representatives of billing organizations. Listings of our current members for Part A and current members for Part B are available for review.

The groups meet quarterly for approximately one hour. Members participate via a virtual meeting. All meetings begin at 10 a.m. CT. Members are provided with an agenda and virtual meeting information approximately five days prior to each meeting. Following each meeting, minutes are published.
