Claim status, patient eligibility, and appeal requests are just a few of the great features available in Novitasphere. To request access, refer to the Novitasphere Enrollment eGuide for complete enrollment instructions.
Online resources are also available in Novitasphere on the bottom navigation bar. These helpful resources include self-service tools, references, educational events, a site map, the privacy policy, terms and conditions, and your IDM account information. The References tab offers a single page full of valuable links such as the Novitasphere user guide, 277CA code lookups, and the fee schedules.
