The states in the Novitas jurisdiction of JH did not have an adequate response from their surveys. As a result, to provide consistency across all states in the Novitas jurisdictions, the proposed prices for R0070 and R0075 are increased using the proposed 2026 Ambulance Inflation Factor of 2 percent.
