Electronic Billing Help Desk

Note: Interpretation of the ERA is handled by the Customer Service Department by dialing 1-877-235-8073, choosing the state, and then hitting "1" or saying "claims."
Resetting the above reports as well as the ERA within 60 days of receipt.
