The Internet download of PC-ACE (full version or upgrade) is available free of charge for all new and existing enrolled PC-ACE customers via the PC-ACE Web page.
An installation password is required to install or upgrade the PC-ACE software. This password is provided to you in your initial enrollment letter. If you do not have your initial PC-ACE enrollment letter, please contact an EDI Analyst (JL) (JH) to obtain the password. The password does not change and is needed for each quarterly upgrade or new installation; therefore, please keep it in a safe place where it is readily available.
If you are unable to download via the internet, a CD-ROM is available If ordering via CD-ROM, there is a non-refundable service fee of $25 for postage and handling for each quarterly update totaling $100 annually, paid annually. To save time and money for you and the Medicare program, we strongly encourage you to download this program when enrolling or upgrading. The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) requires PC-ACE customers to perform PC-ACE software upgrades within 90 days of the upgrade availability.
