We have entered Cycle 2 of the revalidation project. There is no need to take any proactive measures at this time. However, if / when you receive a request for revalidation; please follow the instructions in the letter very carefully.
that failure to submit the appropriate required enrollment forms may result in the deactivation of Medicare billing privileges. As long as you have submitted your revalidation application prior to the scheduled due date, regardless of the timeframe it takes us to process the application, you will not be deactivated for failure to respond to our revalidation request.
