CEUs may be awarded for successful completion of an educational event (e.g., 1 CEU per 60 minutes of attendance). Attendees must participate in the event in its entirety to be eligible for a completion certificate containing the CEU. Home Infusion Therapy (HIT) This course will discuss the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) billing requirements for home infusion therapy (HIT) services. This service benefit will be for HIT suppliers who enroll and bill Part B Medicare Administrative Contractors (MACs). The Medicare HIT services benefit covers the professional services, including nursing services, patient training and education, remote monitoring, and monitoring services for the provision of home infusion drugs furnished by a qualified HIT supplier.
