Novitasphere is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except for routine scheduled maintenance, which occurs:
Daily from 4 - 4:30 a.m. ET
Sunday evenings from 5 - 11 p.m. ET
Wednesday evenings from 7 - 10 p.m. ET
During these times, one or more features, or the portal itself, may not be accessible.
Due to system maintenance, Novitasphere will be unavailable Saturday, December 13 from 9 – 11 a.m. ET. We apologize for any inconvenience.
On select Sunday mornings, the claim submission/ERA feature may not be accessible due to maintenance.
Due to scheduled maintenance periods, data will only be returned during the following timeframes:
JL Delaware: Monday through Friday: 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturday: 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. ET
JL DC, Maryland, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania: Monday through Friday: 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.; Saturday: 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. ET
JH Arkansas, Louisiana, and Mississippi: Monday through Friday: 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.; Saturday: 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. CT
JH Colorado, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas: Monday through Friday: 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.; Saturday: 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. CT
